Rear door Windows Child Lock

Just wondering is there a way to remove the limitation of the rear door windows to allow them to roll all the way down? or is that illegal in some way. Thanks,

Go and have a look at the height of the window glass, then have a look at where the window glass goes when it is wound down.
You should notice that there is not enough room for the glass to go all the way down into the door frame due to the shape of the door around the rear wheel arch.
In other words, there is not enough friggin' space!
