might just be a little low on gas , take it to a a/c guy and he can put a machine on it and tell you pretty much straight away

And yet they claim you wont need to gas it for the time you have the car ?.

I had to have mine refilled and a trickle of oil added just encase, Cost a bit that little trickle.

Hey guys went to my local aircon expert,
    1. my fan motor relay was shot up?!? replaced $16.50
    2. Aircon Regas and Service $150 (incl recv and dryer)
    3. New O rings for my compressor $100

Very expensive journey but now i have a different problem on my VT.
he says that my air conditioner motor needs replacing because every time i put my a/c on HI fan, it cuts out everynow and then, i know i dont have climate control... HA..... aparently its a "common fault", it needs an extra fuse or something i think its a load of crap but yeah if anyone can tell me different.... it would be greatly appreciated.

Mate stick your head under the bonnet and see if you have both "high" and "low" Relay switches there.
If you only have one it will do that. I had one and it would come on and off.

I spoke to a guy from holden about this, They say when sitting the fan should be on with a/c on. When you drive off it will cut off as speeds increase. And do the same in reverse when dropping speeds. It should not work like the fans when the car gets to hot.

Less fuel used running the ac than you'd use having the windows down. Welcome to beyond the 90s.
