just wondering is the l67 an American motor? or are they just similar to one that chev use?
cheers johnny
it is very much based on the american l67. main differences is ours is rwd instead of fwd. so the casing of the supercharger is made to have a kick in it and the elbow before the throttlebody. the us one just goes straight out. then theres the exhaust manifolds obviously, and probably a few other little bits
cheers mate. and not that im going to but technically i could put chev badges on the car :P.
technically you can do whatever you like to your car, but just because its based on the us engine doesnt mean it is the us engine.
take a look at this guys badges, stolen from another forum

You'll find if memory serves me right, no chevs got the l67. Buick and pontiac got them. One of the camaros or firebirds got another version of the l36

oh dear...... what an idiot putting SS badges on a LEXUS.... they were designed for HOLDENS.... what a tool.....
