where is the intake air temp sensor on vt commodore?

Hey, I'm trying to find the intake air temp sensor on my vt commodore. I just bought a small 'chip' with two wire ends which says need to be attached to the IAT. It's meant to increase the horse power or something. Dont know if it will or not but it was only $20 so i figured if it was crap i can always just take it out. Your help would be much appreciated. Pictures would be GREAT!!!
