As we talking the LSD centre of the complete diff?

If we're talking complete diff you will need to have the axles and yoke modified...

Its not a straighgt "plug n play"

    Good luck.

    They are not straight interchangable...

VT Diff... series I and II have a metal yoke joining to the tail shaft (image 1)

The VX onwards have a 3 prong yoke joining to the tailshaft via rubber thingy (image 2)

You can get it swapped over but it'll cost you...

Found this out when i was trying to get a VTII 3.73 LSD on my VX.

OK, I was hoping to get a complete diff and just bolt it in. I do not have the time to pull down gears etc. Mine just has noisey bearings, or I believe that is the problem. At 50-60 clicks it is the worst, when you back off it nearly goes away. So if the VX SS LSD is not compatible with other models then this is the diff I must have !!

VX and VY are the exact same diff.... 95% sure the VZ is the same aswell... just the gears in the v6 versions are weird (low ratio).

They swapped the yoke setup after vt. THe idea was to with the rubber thing, any gears from the tailshaft are absorbed abit...

I put a VY GTO 3.73 diff into my vx... bolted straight on.... VT is not a straight bolt on, need to change the yoke. Get a quote for getting it swapped cause it might only be still cheaper to get a VT diff and swap it rather than looking for a VX onwards diff.

    Good luck mate
