VX S pack

I installed some factory fog light to an s pack, i haed to add a relay and fuse and switch, as well as the light.
Factory wiring was already there. But there are two plugs taped to the headlight switch loom, one is for the fog lights. The plug are exactly the same. Does anyone know what the other plug is for.

It's for the option that Telstra vehicles have which keeps the lights on all the time.
