contact Holden, they can make anew one for you from your VIN. Or, if you still have the little card that came with the car, the one with all the key info etc, you could get one made cheaper at a locksmith that has the gear to do so.

Might be best to go to Holden. VIN number pink slips id's take them all.

dont go to holden mate will cost you more than if you go to a lock smith!

get your key code from holden (they shouldnt charge for this but they might, its only accessing a website) and give the code to a locksmith

i lost mine about a yr ago got it all sorted for about $90

Got mine (spare) done at the local locksmith.VIN number + $69.

i found it.... in the back on the floor.... no idea how the hell it got ther or why i might have put it there n i dont remember doing it lol. thanx for the effort, im going to get oone cut ASAP :P
