will vtss gen 3 cats fit onto a vt ss series one 304

hi there ,im just after a bit of info about if a set of gen 3 cataylic converters will they fit onto a vt series one 304. as i have been given a set of brand new genuine ones and figure if they fit they should be better than the old ones that are already on there. i dont know anyone with a gen3 to take a look at the exhaust and have had enough of tryin to google it and its a day till the shops open

any info would be appreciated
