rattling electric window

Hi guys

I have a VT S2 wagon.
There is a small rattle on the drivers side door.
I think its connected with the electric windows.
When I open the window half way I get a shirt load of window rattle. But a bit higher or lower and its fine.

Any ideas as to what this could be.

Could be the plastic clips that have worn out that are connected to the arms that lift the window up and down .They are only a couple of bucks each .Pull of the inner door panel and give things a bit of a shake to see whats worn .

Sorry to hijack you thread, but am installing electric windows in my VT. What part of the regulators should I grease up to ensure everything runs smoothly for as long as possible?? And what would I use (grease wise)??

id use graphite, being a dry lube so it doesnt start getting dirt and s*** stuck to it

If you look in the "how to" section I think I saw an article that will help you. It was about installing power windows in a normal wind up window car.
