vu to vy conversion

got a few qustions hopefully someone can help...
firstly is it possible to fit a vy or vz auto shifter and handbrake into a vu ss?
secondly would a monaro cv8z front bar fit to a vu? or what would be involved to getting one fitted if it is possible?

i would say the shifter would fit
and yes the monaro bar will fit as long as you have the headlights as well

i have a cv8z bumper for my vt, but it is just sitting around. because after i bought it i found out the special vz monaro lights were $800 for the pair and that doesnt even include driving lights. also you have to get the grille and badging and obviously paint it, so its and expensive job.
but the answer to your question is yes it does fit.
