my brotherinlaw has just bought an s pack vt with a supercharger. it has a kit but its covered in fine scratches. looks ok inside but i think 10k is too much. whats the general consensis on this
You can get a VS Calais with a super 6 for 7-8K in good nick and then get a set of rims with the other 2K! I know the VT is newer but i know what i would have donePersonal if the car is in good nick with only the slight scratches you mentioned then 10K imo is not to bad!

Well a payed $6000 for my series 2 VT, its got 155,000 on the clock and its all stock. Well, it WAS all stock.
10k is about right at the moment. I paid 12.5k and though my paint is ok there are other niggly problems. that was a couple of years ago that I bought it.
Oh and mine has a sunroof, and that combo was hard to find.
if all that is wrong with it is the paint then it can dome up with a buff and all is good. that is about equal to get all the niggly problems with mine fixed up.
That seems like an alright price,i paid 10k for my Vt series 2 S-pak(not supercharged though). Is it a manual or auto?
na ive seen them round the 7 mark you can get 5.7l calais and ss round the 10 mark
I paid $11300 for my vx ss auto with 121000kms in November and i had a vt ss 5 litre manual that i paid $8500 for in july both were in good condition the vx was a pretty good deal though the sticker price was $14999

Most of the 5ltr VT commys i would have thought would sell for less than the super6 models?
