steering wheel replacement

Got a hsv leather steering for my vx.
I know how to change it over and everything but once i disconnect the airbag will the airbags and eveything need to be re-set?

Disconnect the battery before you start and you will be alright.

Yeah i am have done it a few times... just make sure not to touch the contacts on the back of the airbag unit as i have been told that the static in your body can set it off in ya face not pretty.......
