Default Supercharged ecotec. Water & oil mixing!?

Hi, have a factory supercharged VT calais and there is oil in the coolant and water in the oil too. I don't know the history of the car but it looks clean and has 160k on the clock. The holden dealer did a Tee kay test for the head gasgets and it came back with no leaks. so it ain the gasgets My knoledge is limited but I know the water and oil can only get in the water and vice versa in a few places. Worst case senario is it will be a cracked head or even block. Holden dealer says he doesnt think its a cracked head because he has seen thousands and he belives they are nigh on bulletproof engines.

So to all the those supercharger people out there, Can these fluids meet in the supercharger if there is a fault with it? I dont know much about these superchargers so I am hoping it may be this? Has anyone had a sitiation like this with a super 6 before?

Great engines these things are, except when they put cheap stuff like that on them.
I read your other posts "It's probably the Lower Intake Manifold gaskets. The stock ones are plastic and have a tendency to fail. If it is the LIM gaskets make sure you replace them with the metal ones...as they outlast the plastic ones by a long shot"
Ive called around heaps of places on sydney and can't find these metal ones.

Any suggestions where I could source one? Thanks also for helping with this !!

From what Ive read on the US L67 forums the Americans (GM) went to metal gaskets when they went to the Gen5 M90 blower, we only have the Gen3 M90.

Thanks 'chargedvx6' I got the Gasgets from yella terra.
While the top of the engine is apart are there any other parts one would replace like lifters or valve springs? I'm thinking I may as well put in new a pulley kit and snout when putting it back together too. Where would be a good place to take it in Sydney to get it all fitted? Or has anyone had their car souped up at a place who they could recommend?

I don't know how much time he has these days but Muvro (forum name) is abit of an L67 pioneer and has it covered with these things.

I wouldn't bother upgrading anything while the LIM is off for the gaskets unless you want to get serious down the track with mods. The LIM and even the charger can be poerted in readiness for use with a W2A cooler.

There is a general consensus in the L67 scene that if you remove the LIM you may as well slot in a cam since half the job is already done lol. It'll need a tune after that though.

    Good luck
