Ls1 otr cai

Hi

I am currently looking for a LS1 OTR CAI for my car. I know I only have a V6 but please read on.

I am looking for one that bolts/mounts to the radiator support and has a filter built into it. I don't mind if I need to remove/cut the radiator shroud.

My idea is to remove the current pod filter from the raptor supercharger and pipe it up to the OTR CAI. During the hot period in Sydney I have discovered that the pod filter is sucking in all the heat from the radiator so I need something else.

If any one can give me suggestions and prices that would be greatly appreciated.

you can pick up a cheap plastic one for around $300 maybe cheaper on ebay... or if you want a blingy one you can get an $800 alloy one... check out mine if you want to see the alloy ones

I have looked on ebay but cannot find one that mounts to either the radiator or radiator support.
Most of what I have found sit on top of the radiator and mount to the LS1 throttle body.

yeh in regards to that you may have to make some mounts of your own, i havnt seen any with their own mounts, maybe you might have to fork out for an alloy one so you can tig weld mounts to it
