    Default Headlights options? on VT.

Need some new lights for my VT Senator.

I do not like the clear azz style ones and would prefer genuine for the quility.

From what i can see i have a few options.

    VX Monaro lights (projectors)

    WH Statesman Exprort Lights
    92116918
    92116917

    WH Statesman Exprort Lights.
    92109119
    92109118

Im told the WH statesman export cars, ones are good lights?

Is this true? what type of lights are they? what are the better ones? Are they projectors?

Is there any other options? Do the WH Export Statesman lights even fit?

    Cheers!
    Jason

I agree about original. I dont do anything that i can not change back. I keep the parts so that if i sell it i can as original.

headlight mod is easy boltin thing so not bad. I realy need better lights dueto my country area. Projector lights are the only way to go with HID.

+2 on the projectors if you get Xenon lights.

I have standard VX headlight housings abd they're fine with Xenon from my point of view however I think i've been blinding people I get behind them or passing because of the different bulb position in the reflectors.

Projectors don't have this problem because of the parabolic lenses.

+3 on projectors and havin genuine monaros headlights best money ive spent on headlights even tho they cost $450 4 the pair they r much better than the altezzas not only in looks but the projectors have their own lil reflectors and the hi beam reflector has a much larger suface area 2 spread the light more

Just remember u'll have 2 do the indicator stalk mod 2 have the low and high beams on at the same time wen u turn ur high beams on.

Only issue is that Holden wants $320 - $330 each.

Gotta get lucky like wrx884. If you get the projector style (monaro/international) make sure you go HID's.... Best thing I've done for the driving experience at night...

If u dont have enough cash 4 the HIDs u can do the simple MOD, the H9 globe i think or could b H11? either 1 thats the high beam globe u can mod it 2 fit the low beam socket thats wat ive dun 2 get an extra 10W which is actually quite supprising noticably better.
