Thread for lowerd Vt/Vx's so ppl can get an idea on what springs they might want in their car's. If this has been done I missed it and if so just delete this thread.
Mine is sitting on SLHD Kings all round, With Kyb shock.
Cost's
$320 For the shocks
$275 For the springs
$420 Fitted the above and new bearing plates and wheel ali.

SSSL rear, SSL front, shorter shocks and rolled guards with a bit of custom work on the rear arches
hmm im getting my booked in to be lowered tomorrow hopefully... so ill post some pics up early next week if i get it done..

Here mine got King lows all round with pedders HD shortened shocks in rear with guards rolled.Cost about $600.

mine was done before i got it, was told they were kings, but i reckon there dolbi, as there that kind of blue. shocks look original to me, could do with replacing , as they bounce a little on rebound.

how u go pulling up at kirbs does the front bar clear it? will super lows allround be a nice height with intercpters?superlows all round

does the ss scrape? ive thinkin going sl but simetimes mine scrapes on the stock suspension.is yours just springs?SL all round
mine has FE2 shocks on the front
and koni red shocks on the rear
with king springs

usually pretty good but you have to take it slow over speed humps etc
but it is only the rear section of my twin 3" that it the lowest

honestly, ive only got springs, doesnt cost to much for supers and the only problem ive had is the tow bar sometimes if im going to quick out a steep driveway? Going up a driveway quick is no worries, Other then that? $300 or $400 i think? If anything id recommend to get your rear shocks done, but springs are fine for a while?
what about the front? does the fe2 shocks hold up?

Here's mine. I had King springs fitted, Front KHFL-47SL and Rear KHRL-46SS.
Shocks are Monroe GT. Cost me $880 supply and fitted. Also got a 4 point camber kit done for $550, this back around 3 years ago.
This was mine untill it was written off, sat on pedders springs.. sat very low used to scrape my exhaust and have sparks flying out the back lol... fun times, wish I still had it!!!
im not sure whats on mine it was done when i got it.

i hate having to take it easy over gutters and speed bumps. i like the low look but it isn't really practical, had FE2 hieght back on for some time now. looks crap but a pleasure to drive.
Who wants a speed hump race?
