    depends what they are supplying.
4 springs and 2 lowered shocks for the rear plus labour and wheel alignment?
probably not too bad if you add it all up yourself.
go find out what springs cost each, shocks (if they're getting supplied?), wheel align is usually around the $80 mark, plus labour at probably $80hr.

EDIT: The price might enclude a camber kit if needed - you better check to see if you do need on.
anyway, if your not sure about the quote, you have the right to ask for a detailed written quote so you know exactly what your paying for.

No way in the world are you going to get front and rear springs + 2 lowered rear shocks + a camber kit. Front and rear King springs will set you back about $300 - $320 retail. So roughly $175 labour isn't too bad. If you don't know what condition your existing shocks are, or if you go SL or lower, then save up for some new shocks. While the front springs are out you may as well replace the struts at the same time. Same for rears.

i think its a wheel alignment you want mate, cos lowering it aint gonna affect the balance, but will have a huge effect on your alignment. How much lower will it be ? if its more than maybe 1 inch you should get new struts / shocks too, and a camber kit. Now your looking at about $1200

hey buddy, i got my vt lowered and all up was $2,000. Thta included new shocks in the rear, new struts for the front, new springs all the way round as well as a 4 point camber kit and new bush kit. So it depends on wat u wanna go. If you just go springs the ride will be rougher but its a hell of a lot cheaper. Need to work out your budget and then decide what you want. Hope that helps.

I think so. You've got standard length shocks with superlow springs. Therefore the shocks are already sitting below their 'normal' extended length. As a result they have much less room to move to do their job effectively. Hit a good pothole and they will bottom out.

May as well. No point in paying the labour for two jobs when you can do it once. What brand and model are the shocks and struts?

    I got King Springs super lows $220 for fronts(KHFL-47SL) & rears(KHRL-46SL),Fitted for $162 & a wheel alignment for $38.

All up cost me $420 which i was pretty happy with.

    Dont over pay for springs.

I've got new king lows and monroe gt shocks and struts. Apparently I'm not trusted to install them so I'm wondering how much installation will cost. I'm in forest lake near brisbane. If anyone can recommend somewhere or wants to do it for a few cartons (obviously you must be proficient) then let me know. Car is a VX2 V6.
That the automobile has practically reached the limit of its development is suggested by the fact that during the past year no improvements of a radical nature have been introduced.

Fair price but you'll need a 4 point camber kit to preserve the rears and make use of the new found traction.

VXII got better rear camber adjustment that you just can't get out of a VT
