First I believe you have to remove the top part of your console that goes around your gear lever. I think by memory there is 2 screws just below the door under the stereo and then it should pull up cause the rest is held on by clips. Of course you need to unplug the power window switches.

Then you might need to remove the stereo by inserting 4 steal wires into the 4 holes on the stereo fascia. The compartment under the stereo needs to come out also which has 2 screws inside the door. Then drop the panel under the steering wheel and remove the screws holding the dash fascia under the panel and any others that might be around (can't remember). After all screws are out pull the fascia towards you as it is held on by clips and then unplug trip computer buttons, hazzard and lights and remove the fascia.

That leaves just the 2 screws holding the cluster and once you remove them then it is just a matter of pulling it towards you and unplugging all plugs behind the cluster.

All this is from memory and should be pretty right but don't hold me to it. I am sure you have to remove all that stuff before you get to the cluster though but it took me about ten minutes to change mine over from start to finish when I did it so it's not that hard. Just be carefull when pulling the parts that are held on by clips. Good luck.

Pretty much what was said above, It helps to drop the steering wheel as low as you can when trying to get the dash cluster out.
Getting the cluster connected again can be difficult if you have big hands, I got my g/f to do it :P
