Hi is there any one here that has bought a raptor s/c for close to 5 grand i cant justafie the cost for the kit can any one tell me a cheaper kit which i can purchase????

I thought 5k was cheap compared to what others are. And raptor have good feedback and seem to help out alot aswell. I'f I had a v6 again I'd be going a raptor for sure. I havn not heard anything bad about them.

well for the price you get the charger, belt, bracket, larger injectors, piping, pod filter, air cooler and tubing and last but not least you get a retuned or replacement ECU that is tuned to optimise this setup. I don't know about you but I priced a few different setups before this one (turbo, PD and centrifugal blowers) and the price worked out quite good.

depends on how much work you are going to do yourself and how apt you are at modifying/fabricating of piping brackets, manifolds etc as to how much it is going to cost you. Tim from Raptor is also the sort of bloke that will answer your questions no matter how trivial and he always goes beyond what you would expect to help you out.

In the curent economic climate you also have to consider that this is an Aussie charger so you are not going to get slugged with the inflated prices of other kits that have to shipped over from the states.
