Cool Help!!! VT II Dash Lights went out whilst night driving

Could some one please help me I am new to this site and had a problem driving home tonight
My VT II (01) dash lights went out. Only thing left working was radio. I replaced fuse which was not blown but am unsure where to go next. Give me sick kids no worries........
Have also noticed no front park lights but still have head lights.
Some suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If I am in the wrong area please forgive me.

I will take a wild guess here.

If your fuses are all ok then i would say you could have a faulty headlight switch. Does the switch feel different from other times, like being harder to turn or a sound comming from the switch.

Also make sure what i've circled in the pic is the same,

    Good luck with it

never had to do it but kicking a printer makes it work so... i would give it a try lol.... but i have been stung with that little switch before but all the lights have been really dim..... i am guessing there is a fault with the headlight switch they are available from holden. if not then it could be the interior illumination relay..... it controls some of the lights in the cabin.
