Default Upgrading suspension + wheel bearings abs

So the time has come ! Suspension and wheel bearings .

I plan on just getting King spring super lows so 50mm lower than the standard height (so 20mm lower than it is now with the FE2).

Which Shocks should I be getting ? any preference ?

My main questions to everyone here is this.

What are main little things that go on a VX series 2 ?

IRS kit ? is it needed with only using super lows ?

I have the Berlina with the FE2 so its only getting dropped an extra 20mm.

Caster Bushes I have been told they will be worn should I just replace them even if they are not worn ?

(The IRS kit and Caster bushes are not added on the total quote.)

What other bits and pieces should I be looking at replacing while I am at it ?

I am also thinking of getting the so called good green brake pads and new rotors as they have to come off anyway and by rights they shouldn't charge me extra labour.

Is 8 hours about right for this ?

I will be getting my parts elsewhere that is for sure .

Any help would be appreciated as to more things needed and location to go and get it done at ? I am near Penrith (West Sydney).

    I have attached the quote.

    external link for the quote

Oh and the car has been driven over 180000km.

Bearings for the front $280 - quoted $518

IRS kit (please correct me if this is the wrong one that is needed ? $298 they quoted me $495 and most likely for a dodgy brand

Mate hit up GSLRallySport for prices, they are under the sponsor section of this forum. They are incredibly cheap and have great feedback on this forum. Myself and many other members owe their suspension packages to GSL.

I am not worried about prices as I can get it through a friend !.

Main concern is what to get etc.

I was told that the KMAC IRS kit I bought was useless ? and that all I needed was a rear camber correction kit ? Isn't that what the kmac IRS kit is ?
