Hey Thanks, i rang southgate holdens and they saud that they have had this a few times and it turned out to be the fuel pump, the ecu wont pick up any problems with the fuel system, I'll try it tomorrow and let you's know

Can you let me know if your replacement fuel pump worked. Mine is doing the same thing all of a sudden. Also, my a/c isn't as cold as it used to be. So the fuel pump could be it.

hey, since you said it my a/c isnt very cold either, it probably hasnt been that cold since the first time the car stalled, but how can the fuel pump effect the a/c????

well i think the fuel pump may have worked, i'll report back in a week to let you know. If you have a tow bar on the car it makes the job heaps harder but well worth it if it works
