Default Link pin rattle - advice needed

    Hi All,

Several months ago I upgraded my suspension. I put new FE2 springs and Monroe GT shocks all round. New sway bar bushes, link pins and castor bushes on front. The link pins are the heavy duty z type. I installed them correctly aligned and reversed the cup washers as most on this site have suggested. My issue is that the links keep coming loose causing the sway bar to knock and a horrid rattle from the washers (like a pocketful of change!). I'm not sure if the nuts are coming loose or it's just the bushes compressing naturally. Any ideas? it's a pain to have to keep taking the wheels off and tightening the nuts again every few days.

    Cheers & thanks.

Cool, I've got some locktite red here so will give that a go. I was told by a mechanic mate that you shouldn't tighten the nuts right up as it will damage the bushes, anyone know if that's true?
