I have the same prob. Under heavy acceleration, the air usually changes from coming out the main vents (vents that blow on your face

) to the windscreen (like in demist mode) untill I back off. It also seems worse when the fan speed is higher. Pretty annoying. I used to get the same thing in my old ZK Fairlane too funnily enough. Would love to know how to fix it.
I have also been thinking the last couple of days that it could also be related to another problem I have. I have had LPG installed and have this strange stalling problem. Only seems to happen when the engine is cold, but the outside temp is pretty warm. When I get in the car and drive off, I get about 20 to 50 meters up the road, usually accelerating pretty hard still, and the car just dies. If I knock it into neutral (auto box) it starts again and off I go. This can happen two or sometimes even 3 times. Usually happens at lunch time or after work when the car has been sitting in the sun. Doesn't happen when running on petrol either, so It has to be LPG related.
The thing is, being a Berlina it has climate control, so on hot days when I first start the car, it's hot as hell inside the car and the blower goes at full speed. Then when I accelerate, the air changes from the "face" vents to the windscreen vents. I'm assuming that the vacuum that controls the vent position comes from the manifold vacuum, so I am wondering if this change in the vents affects the manifold vacuum, and also the LPG mixture, given that the LPG is fed into the intake manifold? Has anyone had anything similar? Do you think this is a long shot, or worth pursuing?
I've also had the car back to the installer many times and he has been driving it while it stalled but has not been able to find anyting faulty with the system.
Feel like I'm getting knowhere with this problem at the moment

so If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear em.
Thanks.
