VN > VT engine swap

i currently have a VN v6 with matching t700 auto installed in my toyota 4runner, As the box and engine are playing up i wanted to change to atleast a vt motor and 4l60e box, i know the auto is the same shape and size give or take so that shouldn't be a problem but does anyon know if the engine mountsa are in the same spot also if i can put the orig vn S2 exhaust headers onto the vt as i dont want to re do the exhaust system again.

also one more question, does anyone know what engine numbers the VT SE1 and VT SE2 range from so i can try get a SE2 from somewhere.
