Anyone know much about 3.8L v6 cams? ANY HELP APPRECIATED

hi.. short and sweet, i want to get a cam upgrade for my vx 3.8L v6 5 spd.

if anyone knows, how much gain do u get in the v6's?
how much do they cost?
how do i get my hands on one?
do they make it overly loud?
