vt a/c blower switch

hi i have a 1999 vt commodore executive series 2 wagon, and i am having a problem with the a/c blower fan switch . i had the fan stay on after i turned the egnition key off , fan only stayed on for say 20 seconds and then it turned off on its own, but now my a/c blower fan only works on the first two speeds and when you puth the sitch on high there is no fan at all . as anyone had this problem and how did they fix it ..

Your tallking aboutthe climate control knobs right?

Is the knob for the fan loose at all?
Check voltage with a multimeter.
If all else fails, the actual curcuit board may need replacing as the switches might be worn internally.

i got pretty much the same prob man,when i turn the car off the fan still blows air.its ****ing weird.

Try changing relays, it sounds like yours might be stuck on.

my fan does not stay on anymore after the ignition is off / the problem is, i do not have high speed on the a/c fan . my model does not have climate control .

Change your blower relay located under the steering wheel.

its the fan relay in the fuse box under the dash
