    Default Bloody Engine Light

Tonight the engine light came on while driven for about 1 min then went again, Its happen in the past as well. But with the issue of the car seeming to lack in power for some reason I'm on the verge of getting another engine an box at this rate.

Any idea's on what it could be? When I say lack in power I'm not 100% sure if its the power side of things or if it just feels like that. The box seems abit funny to me aswell. Like its not changing like it used to. The note of the car also sounds a tad diffrent aswell. lol

Problem After Problem thats for sure.

I'm looking at a few 2nd hand low k engines atm with under 80,000ks I no I dunno if im gunna get a dud or not but at this point I cant afford to have the car off the rd for a rebuild. Thinkn on just doin that an sell my engine an trans lol.

But like always with me its always something minor and Im a Panicer lol. Gotta give someone a call tomorrow and he will help me with finding out what it could be and pretty mich says i could be in limp mode. Coz i am lacking power big time an the box does not feel 100%

    Cheers

The answer could be in the fault codes. The first thing I would do is have the codes read by Holden or someone with the right scan tool. Since the engine warning light has come on there should be codes logged.

When the light comes on, are you putting your foot down or going up a hill etc?

I had the same problem and found out one of my O2 sensors had come unplugged.
