Air Con Sprung a leak?

Hi Guys,
Its one thing after another lately, but you have to expect that on a car thats almost 10 years old i guess.

My air con was working just fine one day and no cold air the next, so im thinking it has got a leak. I think the top hose before it goes into the tx valve. Was wondering if anyone could give me an idea how much to replace one hose and i heard the dryer should be replaced aswell and a regass would cost? I want it done right so i dont have to do it again next summer.

Prices vary a lot so I suggest calling a few auto electricians that do air cons and get some quotes.
