DBA Slotted & Bendix Ultimate Pads

Hi guys i am just about to upgrade my VT brakes with the DBA slotted rotors and Bendix Ultimate pads.

After ringing around all the aut stores i concluded that they are a rip off

I have found a supplier were i can get them at a good price and was going to sell the packs on ebay do you think $375 is a fair price for a pair of slotted rotors (fronts) and Bendix Ultimate pads to suit.

All up the best price i could find from autostores was $438 for the same thing.

Just wondering if there would be any sort of a market for this?

I paid $115 ea for DBA SL rotors and Ult pads were $100, plus $60 labour to fit the lot I think. I've still got the R/O in the service book.

It pays to shop around, cause the price discrepancies are enormous.

One place I called wanted $185 per rotor and he didn't even have them in stock! I've also been quoted up to $200 for the pads too which is robbery!

I'm running DBA slotted & vented rotors up front and vented on the back with lucas pads all round. Bendix are very good but are quite noisy and give off heaps of dust. No real need to spend the extra on slotted on the back unless you're doing track stuff and even then I wouldn't bother. I was going to for no other reason then for looks. Remember 70% of the breaking is done from the front!

$115 is about trade price for DBA slotted and venter rotors, RRP is about $165. I paid about $420 all up for pads and rotors ... fitted them myself too.

Yes DBA slotted rotors.... And no they are not stolen 100% legit comes with receipt so i can claim it on me tax

If trade price is 115ea then that's 230 plus about 100 for pads so that's only 330..
