After my carpets were steam cleaned, the light came on, I was told this often happens due to moisture in one of the connectors causing a bad connection somewhere around the consol. Check your connections.

Just go to holden and they will do a check and reset it. I've heard of people setting their airbag light on by putting a map book down the side of their seat.

That's right, it will stay on until Tech2 has been connected and the codes are read. They may charge you up to $80 for this. Mine was caused by a fault from the pretensioner, simply due to moisture after I washed the car.

There is no way around it.
