Scam. Don't go near them.

i have done some research on electric supercharging, the cheap plastic ones on E-bay are only boat bilge blowers, if you dig deep into all of the other ones (ie feedback ect) they only have a 20 or 30 sec run time. also they draw up to around 100 amps, please look into it before buying one. hope this helps.
