Default Please help, VT V6 blocked vents, where to look next?

99 VT V6, seems to be a block in the vent system somewhere. I have...taken out the dash and check the vac hoses(all good), dropped the fan and check all speeds and for debris stuck where ever my hand would fit(All good) checked vac hoses in engine (all good)...it seems that the air just doesnt flow out of the front vents, I can hear a loud muffled air sound near the passenger footwell/glovebox, like the air is just not getting out. The fan is weakest on the non-recir settings. could there be blockage to the air coming in the car somewhere....any advice on where to check next would be much appreciated!!!
    cheers

I have exactly the same issue in my VT. I took off the covers under the window wipers and the vent in there was half covered with leaf/plant matter so I cleaned that away. I think it's helped but I don't see how because the problem was still there with the air on re-cycle.

I am also stumped at what would cause air to stop coming out of the vents all of a sudden... I can still hear the blower on all speeds.
