i need these air vents & roughly how much & where can i find them?

Your best bet is to try your local wreckers, or even travel round and find a wreckers with a VT in it.

Or you could try ebay

any wreckers - $5-$10 each.
if the tab is broken on the back, break out the super glue and glue it back on.
you can still remove it later if you need to remove the dorr trims.
