ever since i got my vx iv wanted to make it look tough and go fast but because i dont currently have a job not much has happened. all iv done is debadge it and painted the dash facia (turned out real nice). im now lookin for more cheap mods (under $50) untill i get a job. any ideas??
put $50 away each week for a year.
$2500 will get you rims, lowered and a catback exhaust. Other than that you need BIG money to make your vx v6 go fast
no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone
Nothing says tuff like a body kit and rims. And back that up with exhaust and some little fine performance upgrades, Like Roller rockers T/B, And if the guys at Raptor do it, Their throttle body system is good for 20rwkw. Can't complain.

personaly id like something like this VE CLUBSPORT BODY KIT TO FIT VT VX - eBay Body Kits, Exterior, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 14-Mar-09 19:58:12 AEDST) but dont buy something like this on ebay (ive heard bad things like parts not fitting together and holes in different spots etc)
have you got any photos of your painted fascia?and what you used to paint it
Here is my dash facia.Just search the forum for a guide on how to do it.The paint i used was from Autobahn called VHT vinyl paint. You also need to rub back facia with wet and dry and use a paint primer before applying the vinyl dye and then put a clear coat on last.
looks really great.i have a vx 2002.i want to try to do mine, karen.
