Vx Abs Light

I have a VX Commodore Wagon, the ABS light/alarm comes on when the car is cold, as in anything below about 5 degrees air temperature, and obviously during winter and not in summer. I drive the car and when it starts to warm up the light goes out. Can anyone help me with this.

Have you tried turning the engine off and then back on again while it's still cold? Does this cause the light to turn off? I had a similar problem doing this would turn my light off - never waited until the engine was warm to see if this would turn it off. Ended up being a faulty ABS wheel sensor.
