suspension advice needed

My VX sedan rear shock absorbers have recently started leaking oil and appear to be on their way out after only 60k klm

So I just wanted to hear what people think about a suitable replacement. Should I stick with oil shocks or go gas?? and what are the main differences.

Also, what brands should i look at. Is there anything not too pricey that still represents better quality than the standard sort of monroe or pedders stuff?

Go the Gas!! i had monroe sensa-tracs in my VG ute, they were really good, my advice is to go for monroe....

Or upgrade to FE2 shocks. FE2 shocks will last a lot longer than standard ones.
