strange sound

My Caprice is making a strange sound while it is decelerating (its like a WWWWWwwwwwwwoooooooo sound if you get that lol). The sound is coming from the rear, possibly the diff. any ideas what is causing it?????

Or the flux capacitor is acting up again. Take it to see doc and he will convert it to run off rubbish (aka ford accessories).
