hey all. i just bought a '97 VT 9C1. Its 5L 5spd man and its a beautiful car, i dont really have to do anything to it. But if there is one thing i could be fussy about on it, is the transmission. It goes into, and springs out of gear quite nicely, however when it is in gear, it has quite a bit of play in the gear. As in you can move the gear stick around a bit while its in gear.
Is this a potential problem, can i 'tighten it up' so to speak, or is it something i just need to get used too? Its done 140,000kms btw.
