vt mirror blows fuse and c/control

With my VT accliam, if I use my elctric mirror, it blows the fuse and takes out the cruise control on the same fuse. Anybody know how to fix this???

Also, if the sensor coil is busted for the airbag, is there really a chance of it going off??

I have this exact same problem on my Calais.
Any ideas anyone?
Faulty switch maybe?
Any way to check?

G'day there,
I had a car at work some time ago with this same trouble,actually it was a VS if its only in the one door i would be taking off the trim and see if the wiring has'nt got caught up in the window regulator,put it this way its a good place to start.
