Any problem with a chip on inside or rotor ??

I know the pic is not that clear ( chip just above light flash area), but i found a chip on the inside ridge on the new rear disc rotor....... its not on the braking surface, but just next to it on the edge that runs along. Does the hand brake go up against this or anything ?

P.S Sorry about the baby gear in the back......

no. the handbrake goes on the inside
