foot pedals

I have a vt wagon auto.
I have size 12 feet (australian sizes male)
I wear steel cap boots.
I always hit the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal when starting off at traffic lights.
Is there any way to move the brake pedal with after market parts to put a bit of a space between the pedals ?

change shoes when driving problem solved and much more comfortable

If it's an auto, you COULD, but i would just suggest changing shoes. I found this problem when wearing Australian Defence Force Boots. It's much better driving in runners anyways. With the ADF boots though they're a pain to put on, not as hard as steal cap boots, but to avoid the inconvienice it's still much easier to just drive with other shoes on!

yer gp boots would be a problem as well.
I need to wear the boots as I work at several job sites.
Is there a foot pedal kit that is a bolt on product that moves the brake pedal slightly.

LOL, GP's, Taipans (actually, not so much the taipans) and ADF Combat boots [different to GP's] are all the same! Terrible to drive in. Tend to give you a lead foot too LOL
Um, and i dont know of any products that move the brake pedal, i guess you COULD take off the rubber on the pedal, and that would shorten the pedals, but not going to do much.

You may need to wear them at several job sites, but you can still change shoes when driving right?

if I had my old army boots yes.
Just do the trick with the quik release boot lace method where the lace looks like one single thick string.

Hahaha... i can relate to this... I have size 13 feet and drive a MANUAL e30 318i... lol...

Many times I've been shifting hard and slamming on the brakes as i was trying to slam the throttle... lol

I guess you could try bending the brake pedal arm... so you end up with sorta that...
