Fault 57??

Hi all. Newbie here thought i better say hello before asking a question. Hello. Now on with the question.
I have a VT with a fault code 57, Injector voltage monitoring. At the same time the righthand O2 sensor is changing between rich and lean.
Any idea what this is and how to fix?

not sure on your fault code 57 but your 02 sensor should flick from rich to lean you can get a scan tool on with the scope function and it should be an even up down pattern if not your 02 sensor is faulty.
