2 quick questions!

i want to put my spoiler back on to my vt as i dont have enough money to get it welded and sprayed and i dont like the look of the two plugs on my boot.
question is can i just bolt my spoiler back on or do i have to use a silicon or sikaflex to make sure it seals up properly? if so where?

secondly does any one know how much cans of the tail light tint costs? i have a spare set of vt series 2 tail lights and wouldnt mind seeing how well the tinted tail lights will match my black vt.

When I took my spoiler off to have a look the other day, there was hardly any sticky stuff there so I'd say that just bolting it back on would do the job. Also, how much did you get quoted to get it sprayed?

No way would I just bolt it on. The water will sit there and start rusting the boot lid around the bolt holes and cost you more money later on.

mine has a couple rubber pads between the joins.

there should be 2 rubber pads under it, they cost like $8 from holden

anyone know a part number? im pretty sure i threw them oout cos they were all rattty and old.
