Harmonic Noise With Flywheel

HEy guys i rang a place today to get some prices for a new clutch kit for my vt. Im gona replace th DMF with a solid one. ANyway he mentioned that when cpnverting to a solid flywheel that there will be a harmonic noise. Anyone who has converted could you describe the noise if you have it?
Btw I was qouted 1200 for havy duty kit with solid flywheel.

thats a good price for a sold flywheel, but i am unsure about harmonic noise for a commodore VT. i have heard it on a corolla. and its sort of a knocking noise, but mine was munching the woodruff key and the key ways so.....

Yea not really sure what he meant by that.

Also noticed on i think it was exedys site they mentioned it too, im thinkin theyre maybe just talkin bout the general whiney noise the getrag makes maybe.

Anyway called them a day later and managed to get the kit with solid flywheel for 950 delivered so was pretty chuffed

yeah thats fairly good, the prices i have seen go into the 1,100 mark.
