remove fabric part on door trim ?

i want to remove just the fabric part on my door trim not the whole thing.just the small fabric section,do i have to remove the whole panel?

im interested in knowing this also, mine looks daggy as

The whole door trim must come off, it aint that hard to get off. Then there are some nuts on the back of the trim that hold that section on, just remove them and it should come off easy.
