turbo my car

anyone know what the specs on turboing an ecotec are have a mate to make manifold, but want to know what sort of turbo, have to upgrade anything and i would also like to know if 8psi is to much for standard ecotec,???
have intercooler, mandrel? pipes, just need to know what else am doing to fit into dimensions
