    Default P Platers Ride- HSV Clubby

    Hey all, thought might show my ride to the forum

    Its a 2000 VT II Clubsport R8 with a twist. The exterior has been fully changed to a VZ Clubsport kit, this was not done by me, it was done by the previous owner at an expense of over $20,000 in genuine hsv parts and respray

    Im the third owner of the car as far as i can trace and tell(log books etc).

    Here is the full specs

    Colour- Red Hot
    Engine- 346ci/LS1
    Box- T56
    Diff- Std HSV housing, built LSD with 377's ratio
    Exhaust- extractors in to dual high flow cats, dual 2.5in thru to a single 4in at rear after diff
    Clutch- Exedy Cussioned Button Clutch, HD pressure cover and billet flywheel
    Wheels- 20 HP Designs, 225/35/R20 rubber
    Suspension- King Spring Superlows Front, Ultra Lows Rear, Pedders Shockies and K-Mac Camber Correction Kit

    Engine Mods
    CAI
    233/237/115 cam
    Mafless Edit

    Power- 350RWHP as at may 09, has been read as high as 385rwhp and as low as 300rwhp, 3 places read at 350-352rwhp

    Pioneer DVD Player Indash 1DIN and AV controlled headunit(linked to visual system)
    Pioneer Overhead screen
    Pioneer Bullet Series Splits Front
    Pioneer Bullet 2 Way Components Rear
    Pioneer Bullet 3 Way 6x9's Rear Shelf
    Pionner HD TV Tuner System
    Pioneer 3 Way Av Switcher
    Pionner 5 Way Media Interface
    Pioneer Wireless Headsets


    FUTURE MODS
    Engine-
    3.3L WHIPPLE S/C
    Higgins Heads extensive port polish and flow, looking to roughly stage 6, yes stage 6 is possible
    Cam to suit S/C, want some massive duration and close LSA, solid roller lifters
    383ci stroker bottom end, full roller bearings
    Stupidly tight gilmer drive kit
    411's and full spool or detroit locker
    Solid Centre Clutch
    ALL DONE BY DECEMBER 2012 knock on wood

    AFTER FUTURE MODS-
    race prep th400 5000 stall full lock up type and full manual valve body when i murder the t56

    Looks awesome. I'm personally not one for cross breeding models, but its been done well. Only gripe is the front bar needs to be mounted properly for a flush look.

    Manual LS1, can't go wrong tho (And thank ****, finally someone who knows its a 346, not a 350 lolz)

    Most inbread's come out all ****ed up, but this looks sweet. Generally i hate chrome wheels, but I've seen HP 20's on a VN SS, and i kinda like em, and they look sweet as on your VT.

    the front bar is ****ed coz wen i was driving into that spot it hit the ground and busted the clip off

    btw the rims are shadow chrome not chrome

    very nice ride mate, i don't know about the rims though, I'm not really a fan of chrome on red cars.

    That 3.77 diff ratio... you sure it's that ratio... normally the gears for a holden are 3.73's...

    Nah interior isnt done, its ex pionner demo car so its loaded and decked with there stuff

    the guy i brought it off rekons it was a 377 set, the invoice says 377, so i dont honestly kno

    Is it? I thought that was an S.A plate, but i will take your word for it as you would know the plates of the state you live in. I'm guessing W.A don't have restrictions either?

    says western australia across the top of the plate, they dont currently have restrictions but i think theyre introducing them.

    nice very nice. you can do some much with plastic (most pretty girls are all plastic). dont mean in a bad way, i meant that you can change models easily.i can only change my grill meh....

    very deceiving wouldn't have picked it as a VT or even a replica for that matter. is the interior VZ as well or is that still VT?

    awesome looking car, and future mods, roller bearing bottom end, now that would be pure horn, seen it done on cam bearings but never the bottom end, would be good to see how thats done.
