Hey all, this is my 2000 WH Statesman. It has the LS1 5.7L V8 with a chrome intake pipe, K&N pod filter with a SS Inductions cold air intake, NGK Iridium plugs, MSD 8.5mm leads, twin 2-1/2" cat back exhaust dumped @ the diff with a flange plate on the rear tailpipe so it can be a full exhaust again in about 5 minutes, 20" VERDE Madonna rims, Bridgestone Potenza 245/35 tyres, Kings super low front & ultra low rear springs, de-badged except for bonnet emblem, Caprice grille & 5% black windows. I bought the car for a daily & to tow the race car. Enjoy......

Very nice indeed. Wheels suit it well. Good luck with it.
MY RIDE
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
Welcome to the forum mate, good to see another WH on here. Love the wheels, they suite her well. That 5% tint defiantly setts it off as well. Get it blown though don’t go turbo, superchargers so much more street friendly.
Sweet as car dude! Rims are awesome.
<<<< The information went data way! >>>>
yeah i agree with dark side, a top mount supercharger will be much better
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
So you reckon a supercharger is the go over a turbo hey...... Why would a positive displacement blower be better than a centrifugal blower on a towcar?
as long as you get it blown i'm happy mate. If you really want a monster getting her stroked would be nice as well![]()
nice wh good luck with the mods
three thing in life are guaranteed
taxes
death
and car repairs
Positive displacement will pretty much make boost from the get go but probably not as much power top end while centrifugal will take a few revs to get going but make more power top end. I wouldn't rule out turbo though, a right sized twin turbo set up (smallish turbos) can make some pretty good low down touque and good top end grunt.
nice m8 i might get one 2 ummm inter lets see i do like em good stuff
Hey man, nice ride. was just wondering what you did with your rear air shocks when you lowered it?? Did you change them to normal shocks or adjust the limits on the sensors?? cheers mate
Hey, was just wondering about the tires your running. Do they scrub at all at the front?? And could you tell me a price if possible?? Cheers Tom
