Hello all, just new to the forum so i thought i would contribute something..

Well here is my 1st car i bought 2 months ago for $5000, it has only just hit 160k's today =D

Mods to date:

Hi Flow Cat
Lukey 2.5" Cat Back exhaust
4 Point Pedders Camber kit
K&N Pod Filter
19" Koya Rims
FE2 Rear Suspension with Monroe shocks all round
SL’s on front
Red Console Surround
Silver Speedo background
Neons under dash for front seats
Retrimmed Roof lining

SOUND SYSTEM:

EONON 7" DVD Player
JVC 600w Two Channel Amp
DUB 600w Two Channel Amp
2x Kenwood 1200w Subs
Fusion 350w 6.5’s in front
Fusion 450w 6x9’s in parcel shelf

needs a new sub enclosure but ive got that sorted it getting built at the moment

Future MODS:
Full Black and red interior
Shift kit (COMING)
Peformance Chip (COMING)
Oversize throttle body
Extractors
High flow cat (DONE)
Tune


Stuck here… what else can I do to the engine to make it go faster, cant do s/c or turbo seems im a p plater.. =(

extractors will be the best bang for ur buck atm mate,
at about 500fitted, theyll give u a good sound and a bit more power.
after that mate, theres not much u can do to the 6 besides a sc or turbo.
the ecotec6 cant push much with a few bolt ons mate..
once that power bug bites, thats it, and u might aswel save for the v8

yea pacemaker extractors are next on the list, $400 flat and me and my dad can install them in the workshop.. okay i was looking at a supercharger or turbo kit but for 5-9grand i might aswell keep saving for the V8 mate ur right.... thanks for the feedback, cheers

yea doin the roof lining red leather, paint black all inserts around roof lining and red roof handles.. lookin at a set of monaro tail lights on ebay for $100.. and going to paint the Rear garnish fully black.. =D sub box is too small for the subs, and i want a box that takes up the whole back wall soo all amp wires/sub wires are hidden.. =D thanks for your feedback mate, cheers

Yea mate its going sweet! havnt had any troubles to date.. TV Reception is great all functions work a charm, except it doesn't have seperate sub woofer adjustment controls which is a little bit of a letdown if you want to be running competition gear off it.. but yea otherwise its great, good value for $200 =D Cheers

it still lets you run subs and amps with the 2 RCA outputs, but you cant control the subs seperate from the other speakers in ur car.. but although my subs still sound great otherwise! cheers

yeah thanks mate, the dash was sprayed using a howto of this site, just used 1x primer, 1x red vinyl spray & 1x clear coat.. and just gave the whole dash a quick sand with 600 sandpaper

cost $25 all up..! and yea the dials are aftermarket, cost me $44 off ebay..

yea definitley worth $200 mate.. =D just a bitch to install,, to do it properly you will have to take out the whole lower dash on a VT.. or you can have it just sitting in there.. cheers

yea mate, ebay, most of the ones i seen were 250+, but i just shopped around and watchd for the cheaper ones and eventually got it for 200! cheers dude

yea?ive seen the spak interior, looks good and all but looks too pricey for me, 400 for front & rear seats is cheapest ive seen

yea! the eonon dvd works a treat, for $200 u cant go wrong, or if u want GPS & ipod control and all that pay $300 for the better one =D lol..

1st, painted my rear garnish black and put in VX tail lights, was sick of seeing all the other VT's with the VX garnishes soo decided to do something different.. feedback?

2nd & 3rd, haha sum photoshop chops i done on my car.. feedback on theses too?

New update:

VX Clubsport front bar on, mesh placed in aswell,
have VY sideskirts ready to be painted an VY rear bar coming as we speak,

Also have painted more interior Red, all the crappy Skirting underneath the roof liner kept getting dirty so decided to paint them red too, came up good,. feedback?

Next thing on the list is to do the door inserts red, was wondering if anyone on JC knows where i can get the material to do this myself? or if you's can refer me too someone who can re-trim them for a good price,,

Also car will be going up for sale soon so if you want it make an offer,
